At RVcover.ca, we take pride in the quality of our covers. They're built to last, and while it’s rare that replacements are needed, we’re here for you if something does go wrong. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty with unlimited replacements — because we understand that outdoor products face wear over time, and we’re committed to supporting you long-term.
How does the warranty work?
Our warranty covers defects in both materials and workmanship, giving you peace of mind when you purchase from us. As the original buyer, you're entitled to request replacement covers as many times as needed throughout your ownership — as long as you still have the item. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Because all outdoor products naturally wear over time, we follow a prorated warranty schedule. This means that while replacements are unlimited, the cost of each replacement may vary depending on how long you've owned the product. This ensures fairness and allows us to support our customers for the lifetime of their cover.
We’ll never ask you to ship a damaged item back to us. To keep things simple, just hang on to your order ID or receipt — you’ll need it if you ever need to file a warranty claim.
How to file a warranty claim?
To start a claim, email us at warranty@rvcover.ca. Please include your full name, order ID, a description of the issue, when the problem started, and clear photos showing the damage. Our warranty team handles all claims via email and will guide you through the next steps.
